A&O4 Technologies is a small business developing educational mobile apps centered around emergency medicine. Founded in Chicago, now based in Grand Forks, ND.
Our founder is a military veteran, former paramedic, and current medical student who spent years working in EMS and alongside emergency physicians at the bedside — watching the gap between clinical knowledge and rapid decision-making play out in real time.
That experience drove a growing suite of EM and critical care reference tools: EM Radiology Reference, EM / CC Abbreviations Reference, and EM Clinical Scores Reference — built for the clinician who needs the right answer in 30 seconds, not 30 clicks.
Our mission is simple: Build the best clinical reference tools and keep them free for the physicians who need them most — rural physicians, FQHC providers, and the underserved communities that are routinely ignored by large enterprises.
